Andrea has over 30 years of retail experience in the areas of apparel, shoes, and cosmetics. Her eye for detail helps her be creative and very successful at merchandising. With past experience as a buyer she also knows the different ways of creating relationships with vendors and brands. Andrea has a multi-unit background along with being a Regional trainer. Her key to success is her entrepreneur attitude and she is highly motivated when given any task. Andrea is also a great at speaking seminars for large groups and can incorporate training tools if needed. Her leadership skills have resulted in many awards of recognition including sales, visual merchandising, training and developing team members. Andrea welcomes new challenges and creates a motivating environment.
